Cincinnati Landmark Productions

Venue COVID Safety Precautions

updated September 1, 2021

Workplace safety guidelines from federal, state and local authorities are rapidly changing in response to the highly transmittable COVID-19 Delta variant, and our staff and Executive Board at Cincinnati Landmark Productions (CLP) need to update our policies accordingly.

The health and safety of our staff, performers, artists and patrons is our top priority. Throughout the pandemic, CLP staff has taken steps to comply with ongoing protective measures surrounding COVID-19.  We thank you in advance for helping us keep each of our venues a safe and comfortable place to enjoy live theater as the pandemic continues.

Updated CDC guidelines recommend that fully vaccinated people wear masks in public indoor settings as an extra layer of protection. As such:

***For the run of The Odd Couple at the Covedale Center for the Performing Arts (September 16 โ€“ October 10), we are mandating that all patrons and personnel wear a mask at all times in the building (except when actively eating or drinking), regardless of vaccination status.

A refund or credit will be issued for any patron who prefers to miss this production for any COVID-related reason.

Mask requirements for future shows will be announced in advance of each production, based on the needs of the community at the time. Patrons are encouraged to check the web site โ€“ โ€“ or call the box office in advance of their visit for future productions.

Note that all staff and crew will be masked upon entering the building.

Hand sanitizer stations will be provided in our lobby. Disposable masks will be provided for those who need one upon entry. Thorough cleaning of the entire theater, bathrooms and common spaces and a fresh air purge will occur between shows.

There is strong support for the measures we have taken within our community in order to keep delivering professional theater during the pandemic. Thank you for doing your part to protect our community while welcoming live shows back to our community.
