Box Office Hours
Our Box Office is located at the Covedale Center for the Performing
Arts.
Box Office hours are Monday through Saturday, 11am to 5pm.
On performance days, that theatre’s Box Office is open until
showtime.
Showboat Majestic Box Office opens 3 hours prior to showtime for
that day’s performance.
Covedale Center for the Performing Arts ticket prices: are $21 for
adults, $19 for seniors, students, and groups of 20 or more. 5 Show Subscription Package is $85.
Shows run Thursday, Friday, and Saturday at 8pm and Sundays at 2pm. There is a Wednesday
evening performance during the third week of the run.

TICKET POLICIES AND PROCEDURES
All sales are final. There are no refunds
or exchanges.
Subscribers have the privilege of exchanging their
tickets for another performance of the same show for free. In order
to make your exchange, you need to contact the Box Office at least
24 hours in advance and have your original tickets in hand. Exchanges
can be made over the phone or in person during Box Office hours.
We cannot make exchanges for future shows during the 30 minutes
prior to a performance to ensure that evening’s performance
begins on time. Non Subscribers may exchange their tickets for a
service fee. We cannot exchange tickets for missed productions.
Latecomers will be seated at a time and location
deemed appropriate by the House Manager so as to minimize the interruption
of the performance. If you arrive late to a performance the House
Manager may assign you different seats than what your tickets are
for. You may take your regular seats at intermission.
All persons, regardless of age, must have a ticket and be
able to sit quietly throughout the entire performance.
No food or drinks, with the exception of bottled water,
is allowed in the theatre.
Will Call
Tickets purchased by phone or internet will be held at the Will
Call window. You may pick up your tickets at anytime during Box
Office hours.
Handicap Seating
Please notify the box office when you purchase tickets if you have
special needs, including wheel-chair access.
Gift Certificates
Gift Certificates are treated as a check sale. There is no refund
or exchange. You may reserve seats with the gift certificate and
then send the gift certificate to us with in 5 business days. If
the performance takes place sooner, you may bring the gift certificate
to the will call window. In the event you do not attend, the gift
certificate becomes null and void.
Lost Tickets
If you have lost your tickets, you may call the Box Office to have
your tickets re-issued. Original tickets will become null and void.
Parking
The Showboat Majestic has free, reserved parking on the Public Landing.
There is ample parking at The Covedale Center for the Performing
Arts, including, off street parking.
Taxi
If you need a taxi after the show, just let the box office know
and we’ll call during the show.
Lost and Found
Both theatres have a lost and found. If you’ve left something
behind, just call and we’ll see if we can find it.
Donations
We are a non-profit organization and all donations are tax-exempt.
If your name appears incorrectly in our program, please let us know
and we’ll correct the mistake.
Privacy Policy
Your information is used solely for our organization, Cincinnati
Landmark Productions. We will never sell, trade, or exchange your
data to another organization. You occasionally may receive emails,
flyers and other promotional materiel for productions at our theatres.
