Ticket Policies
Sales
All sales are final. There are no refunds.
Exchanges
Subscribers have the privilege of exchanging their tickets for another
performance of the same show for free. Exchanges must be made before the show
takes place.
Non Subscribers may exchange their
tickets for a $3 service fee. We cannot
exchange tickets for missed productions.
Latecomers
Latecomers will be seated at a time and location deemed appropriate by the House
Manager to minimize the interruption of the performance.
Children
For Covedale Centter for the Performing Arts and the Warsaw Federal Incline Theater-
All persons, regardless of age, must have a ticket and be able to sit quietly
throughout the entire performance.
For the Madcap Education Center-
Children 12 months and under do not require a ticket but must sit on a parent's lap. All children 13 months and up require a ticket.
Special needs seating
Please notify the box office when you purchase tickets if you have special
needs, including wheel-chair access.
Lost Tickets
If you have lost your tickets, you may call the Box Office to have your tickets
re-issued. Original tickets become null and void.
Parking
There is parking at The Covedale Center for the Performing Arts - all three sides
of the building. Also, you can park in any closed business. There is some
off
street parking.
The Warsaw Federal Incline Theater you can park for $5 in the public parking garage.
Lower garage entrance from Matson Place. Upper garage entrance, which is
on the level of the theater lobby, enter from Mt. Hope. There is also off
street parking.
Will Call
Tickets purchased by phone or internet will be held for pick up at the Will Call window.
Gift Certificates
Gift Certificates are treated as a check sale. There is no refund or exchange.
You may pay for your reserved seats with the gift certificate. In the event you do not attend, the gift
certificate becomes null and void.
