Sales All sales are final. There are no refunds.
Exchanges Subscribers have the privilege of exchanging their tickets for another performance of the same show for free. We request contacting the Box Office 24 hours in advance and have your original tickets in hand. Non Subscribers may exchange their tickets for a service fee. We cannot exchange tickets for missed productions.
Latecomers Latecomers will be seated at a time and location deemed appropriate by the House Manager to minimize the interruption of the performance.
Children All persons, regardless of age, must have a ticket and be able to sit quietly throughout the entire performance.
Special needs seating Please notify the box office when you purchase tickets if you have special needs, including wheel-chair access.
Lost Tickets If you have lost your tickets, you may call the Box Office to have your tickets re-issued. Original tickets become null and void.
Parking The Showboat Majestic has free, reserved parking on the Public Landing. There is ample parking at The Covedale Center for the Performing Arts, including, off street parking.
Will Call Tickets purchased by phone or internet will be held at the Will Call window. You may pick up your tickets at anytime during Box Office hours.
Gift Certificates Gift Certificates are treated as a check sale. There is no refund or exchange. You may reserve seats with the gift certificate and then bring the gift certificate to the will call window. In the event you do not attend, the gift certificate becomes null and void.
Taxi If you need a taxi after the show, just let the box office know and we’ll call during the show.
